Msd 2 step with a street fire box
« on: May 31, 2013, 05:07:25 PM »
Will a 2 step add on work with msd street fire box. I want a 2 step rev limiter, but don't have a whole lot of cash right now, so I thought I would ask everyone on here.

Make sure you buy a box that will work with your 2 step. The msd 6al has 2 versions now. 1 is a digital box which requires a digital 2 step. the older version is not digital. The way you tell the difference is the newer version has dials built in for the adjustments and the old style has the pills.

I didn't know that. I didn't buy a 2step add on yet. I was just seeing if my box would accept one. I will most likely get a 6al-2 programmable cuz I'm wanting to add boost later.
